If you choose this check-in method, SWISS will automatically send your boarding pass to your email or mobile device no later than 24 hours before your scheduled departure.

In-Flight Services

Depending on the length of your flight, you'll be served a beverage, light snack, or a gourmet meal made with high-quality seasonal ingredients. An à la carte menu, featuring six delicious meals, is offered to SWISS Business and SWISS First passengers. SWISS European Air Lines offers plenty of seat-back entertainment to keep travellers occupied on long-haul flights; choose from hundreds of TV shows, blockbuster movies, music channels, apps and games.

Frequent Flyer Program

SWISS European Air Lines' frequent flyer program, Miles & More, allows members to earn points that can be redeemed against flights, seat upgrades, and premium rewards. Points are collected every time you fly with the Star Alliance or make a purchase using a SWISS Miles & More credit card. Miles & More is currently the biggest frequent flyer program in Europe.

Baggage Allowance and Fees

Baggage allowances and fees on SWISS European Air Lines flights are determined by your fare class (Light, Classic & Flex, or Business). Under the Light plan, passengers may not check any luggage. With the Classic & Flex plan, passengers can check one piece of luggage weighing no more than 23 kilograms. The Business plan allows passengers to check up to two pieces of luggage with a combined weight of up to 32 kilograms. Any excess luggage will be considered excess baggage and charged accordingly.
