    EasyJet Loyalty Programs and Rewards

EasyJet offers two frequent flyer programs, the EasyJet Flight Club and EasyJet Plus. The Flight Club is an exclusive rewards system available by invitation only, which may be extended to you based upon the number of EasyJet flights purchased within a one-year period.

If you have accrued a sufficient amount of travel with the airline, EasyJet will send you a membership number which you can use to log in to the online system. You will also be sent access to a dedicated customer service line for membership inquiries. Benefits of the program extend to all friends and family travelling with you on a given flight.

Rewards for membership include the opportunity for flight vouchers redeemable with the airline, price matching with other airlines, and name and flight changes free of charge, with some exceptions. Membership is reviewed each year, with the invitation to continue conditional upon the frequency of your travel with EasyJet.

EasyJet Plus is open for anyone to join, for an annual fee of 199 British pounds. The program includes additional luggage, priority luggage and check in options, and reserved seating free of charge. The program can be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Check In Procedures and Seat Assignments

Online check in is available from 30 days to 2 hours before your flight, on the mobile app or on the Manage Bookings page of the EasyJet website. You have the option to print your boarding passes at home, or save them on the app to be scanned at security. If you experience any technical difficulties with your boarding pass, you can also pick them up free of charge from the airport desk up to two hours before your scheduled departure. Any changes you make to your ticket, such as seat selection or additional luggage, will require you to print off a new boarding pass.

Standard seats on an EasyJet flight have a minimum pitch of 29” and a minimum width of 17.5”. If you have purchased a Flexi ticket or are an EasyJet Plus cardholder, you can select a standard seat in the window, middle, or aisle free of charge. You also have the option to choose an Up Front Seat in rows 2-6, which includes an additional small carry on item. Extra legroom seats also include the benefits of Up Front, and are free for Plus cardholders. If you are not a member of one of the loyalty programs, seat selection and extra legroom can be purchased for an additional charge.

    Baggage Allowance and Additional Fees

All EasyJet customers can bring one piece of carry-on luggage free of charge. There is no weight limit, but the bag cannot exceed the maximum dimensions of 56x45x25cm including handles and wheels, and must be able to fit in the overhead compartment. If there is not enough space in the cabin, your bag may be moved into the hold free of charge.

When boarding, EasyJet will check the dimensions of your carry-on luggage. If your bag exceeds the maximum dimensions, it will be moved into the hold and you will be charged a fee for check in luggage.

For those with Flexi, Up Front, or Extra Legroom tickets, or those with an EasyJet Plus card, you may bring an additional small bag to be placed under the seat. This is also available to those travelling with an infant under the age of 2 who will sit on their lap.

A standard seat does not include any checked bags. Each passenger can purchase up to three pieces of checked luggage, at a standard weight of 23kg. Overweight baggage is charged in 3kg increments up to a maximum of 32kg. Checked baggage can be added on the Manage Bookings website page or on the app for the most affordable rates, or at the airport for an additional service charge. If you have purchased a Flexi ticket, one piece of 23kg checked luggage is included free of charge.

    In Flight Services and Entertainment

EasyJet does not offer in flight television or movies. You are welcome to browse the on board magazine, Traveller, for travel tips and information on EasyJet destinations. Personal electronics can be used to enjoy entertainment, so long as any content is downloaded before the flight and devices remain on airplane mode for the duration of your travel. You may be asked to stow larger electronics like laptops and notebooks during takeoff and landing.

Meals are not included with your ticket, but are available to purchase on board through the Bistro menu. Passengers travelling in Flexi fare receive a voucher towards the purchase of Bistro menu items. EasyJet also offers an inflight boutique with luxury items available for purchase. Browse a selection of perfumes, jewelry, and other gifts while you travel.

For those travelling with children, the Bistro menu includes child friendly meal options.

    Travelling with Infants and Children

EasyJet provides additional assistance to those travelling with infants and children. If your child is under the age of 5, you are eligible for priority boarding. You may also bring two child items, such as a car seat or stroller, in the cabin with you free of charge. Children’s snack and game packs are available on board to keep your child entertained throughout the duration of your travel. EasyJet supports breastfeeding mothers, and you are welcome to feed your child at any time on board the flight.

Infants from 14 days – 2 years old who travel on your lap receive a discounted rate. You are welcome to bring sterilized water or milk to feed your infant, which may exceed the 100mL liquid limit, so long as it is properly packaged and labeled.

An adult must accompany children under the age of 14 on all EasyJet flights. 14 and 15 year olds may travel alone, but are not eligible to act as the guardians for younger children. Book your tickets well in advance and specify that you are travelling with children, and EasyJet will try to seat your family together. If you would like to ensure your seating, you can reserve seats together at the standard seat selection rates.

    Travelling with Pets

EasyJet does not accept pets on any flights. You may travel with a certified assistance dog in the cabin, provided you bring up to date documentation. Contact the airline at least 48 hours in advance of your flight if you are travelling with a service dog, and check in at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. Your service animal, along with food and a cage, are welcome to travel free of charge. As animal regulations vary depending upon destination, check with your arrival airport when travelling with your assistance dog.
