Why Fly Air Creebec?

How to Check In

Passengers need to check in at least 45 minutes before their scheduled departure. Anyone 18 or older needs to present a government-issued photo identification or two pieces of government-issued non-photo identification. Children under 18 must be properly identified by their parent or guardian.

Baggage Allowance and Fees

The airline allows a total baggage weight of 20 kg per passenger, and anything above that will be charged extra. However, there is no extra charge for wheelchairs, strollers, or car seats. For carry-ons, passengers are allowed only one small piece other than a small purse (10 inches x 12 inches x 18 inches). The maximum weight is 6 kg on the Dash 8 plane.

Legroom and seat selection are adaptable to meet the needs of Air Creebec customers. Their aircraft fleet consists of 21 transports, which includes a Dash 8-300, Dash 8-100, King Air 100, and HS748. The Dash 8-300 seats up to 46 passengers, the Dash 8-100 seats up 37 passengers, the King Air seats 8, and the HS748 can carry up to 5.851.8 kg.

Passenger Allowances

Air Creebec is quite permissive of passengers' needs, from bringing animals along to flying with children.

People with disabilities may bring a service animal into the cabin for no fee, as long as the animal is properly harnessed and certified. As for other live animals, they must be kept in hard-shell kennels and either placed in the baggage compartment or, size permitting, stored under a seat. A minimum charge of $125 plus taxes will apply.

All children 2 years or older must be ticketed and assigned to a seat, but one adult who is at least 18 years old can accompany an unlimited number of children under age 11 and no more than one infant. Children ages 5-11 can fly unaccompanied as long as the adult checking them in has completed the Unaccompanied Minor Service Request form. This adds a $40 fee per minor.
