Why Fly Condor Airlines?

How to Check In

Passengers should check in online and print their boarding passes two to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Travelers flying out of Vancouver can use a self-service check-in machine and print the boarding pass at the airport.

Baggage Allowance and Fees

Carry-on luggage cannot exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm. The weight limitation is 6 kg in economy class, 10 kg in premium class, and 12 kg in business class. The free checked baggage allowance is one piece weighing no more than 23 kg for passengers flying in economy, one piece weighing no more than 32 kg in premium, and two 32 kg pieces in business class. The first piece of additional luggage weighing up to 23 kg is $80 if booked 30 or more days before departure, and $85 when booked between eight hours and 29 days before scheduled departure. Contact Condor Special Services for excess baggage arrangements.

Make seat reservations at least 48 hours before the flight's scheduled departure. The fee to reserve a seat not in an exit row starts at $39.99. Exit row seat reservations for more leg room start at $119.99. Travelers seated in an exit row must speak either English or German.

Services on Board

The ticket price on Condor flights from Canada to European destinations includes a meal — either breakfast, lunch, or dinner, depending upon the departure time. Condor offers an optional upgraded menu beginning at $17 per meal. Book this option at least 24 hours before travel. There is a screen on the seat backs of all planes flying from and to Canada. The screen is 9 inches in economy and premium class and 15 inches in business class. There is no charge in premium and business class for entertainment and headsets. Meanwhile, in economy class, there are a few free movies. Headset rental is $5, and an upgrade to premium entertainment begins at $7.
