What to Expect When Arriving at the Airport

Arrivals at Amsterdam Airport's single terminal are on the ground level. The terminal does have six different concourses so it is fairly spread out. Schiphol Airport is only 22 kilometres from downtown Amsterdam. The fastest way to get to the city centre from the airport is the Sprinter Rapid Transit, about a 10-minute ride.
