KLM Cityhopper's passengers can check in online through the official KLM website or by using the KLM mobile app. Online and mobile check-in opens thirty hours before departure and closes one hour before departure. Baggage allowances on KLM Cityhopper flights depend on the passenger's fare class. In Economy Standard and Flex, travelers can check one bag weighing up to 23 kilograms. Business Class travelers can bring two suitcases of the same weight. KLM Cityhopper also offers tickets in Economy Class Light, which does not include any checked baggage. Additionally, all Economy Class travelers can bring one piece of carry-on luggage that weighs up to 12 kilograms, and Business Class passengers can bring two pieces of carry-on luggage with a combined weight of 20 kilograms.

Choosing the Best Seats on KLM Cityhopper

Although KLM Cityhopper is a budget airline, it still tries to make the in-flight experience as comfortable as possible for passengers. On flights with three adjacent seats on the same side of the row, KLM Cityhopper always leaves the middle seat unoccupied so that passengers can have more room. Specific seat selection is available during the booking process. Regular economy seats can be booked for €5 and economy comfort seats can be booked for €10.
