Airlines That Fly From Toronto to Cancun
Toronto Pearson International Airport has a variety of direct flights to Cancun; Air Canada, Air Transat, WestJet, and Sunwing Airlines all fly direct. LATAM (formerly LAN airlines) also offers direct flights, but less frequently, whereas Air Canada flights leave every day of week. There are also plenty of indirect flights to choose from as well. All flights arrive in Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, the second busiest airport in Mexico.
The most popular airline to Cancun, Air Canada, is in Terminal 1 of Toronto Pearson Airport. Other airlines, Air Transat, Sunwing Airlines, WestJet, and LATAM all leave from Terminal 3. The airport is located about 20 minutes from downtown Toronto. To get there, take the Gardiner Expressway west. Both before and after security, there are a variety of shops and restaurants to add to your travel experience. Terminal 1 has dozens of dining options, including Marathi, True Burger Co., and your classic Starbucks for a caffeine dosage.
Check-In and Customs Information

Your travel agency, airline, or the people at the point of entry will give you this form. You do not need a visa to enter Mexico Just make sure your passport is valid until the date of your expected departure from Mexico. The Canadian government does currently have travel advisories for Mexico due to high crime activity, but those advisories do not include Cancun.

The high seasons in Cancun correspond with typical breaks: spring break, Easter break, summer break, and winter holidays. Each break is known for attracting different types of crowds. Easter break attracts locals to the coast, whereas spring break brings in a younger crowd of university partyers. Summer and winter breaks tend to attract families from all over the world. The low seasons, then, are from January to March, after Easter until June, and from August to early December. If you want to avoid the crowds and have a more relaxing experience, try to plan your trip for those times.
