Terminal 3 has a Kid's Spot for children to enjoy while adults can indulge in yoga or a spa. The International Terminal also provides a spa service but does not have a Kid's Spot, instead opting for an Aviation Museum and Library.

After proceeding through Immigration Services and grabbing any baggage, hop on the Canada Line to head into the city. A single ride costs CA$5 plus regular zone fare, and the ride takes about 30 minutes. Car rentals are available, as well as taxis and hotel shuttles. Vancouver is very friendly to anyone travelling with a bike, as they provide a bike path that runs the length of the Canada Line that goes directly into the city. If needed, Vancouver International Airport provides free Wi-Fi throughout all terminals.

What You Need to Know

San Francisco International Airport suggests arriving at the airport no later than 2.5 hours before the scheduled departure time. A passport is required by TSA for any international travel. Once in Vancouver, Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada can skip immigration queues by opting to use the Automated Border Clearance kiosks.

What to Expect in Vancouver
