Flying out of Seoul

Seoul's Incheon International Airport (ICN) is Seoul's primary airport. It was built on reclaimed land between two islands and is 48.8 km from central Seoul. One of the busiest airports in the world, Incheon has food and beverage services, shopping, and dining. Incheon offers many daily direct flights to Tokyo. You can get to Incheon Airport by taking the Airport Railroad Express train, Seoul metropolitan subway, public bus, or taxi. Gimpo International Airport (GMP) is just 15 km outside of central Seoul. The airport serves mainly domestic flights but also routes to Tokyo. Gimpo can also be reached by Airport Express train, subway, bus, or taxi.

Both airports offer free wi-fi and have food and beverage services. Passengers should check in two and one half hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights. Arriving in Tokyo

Tokyo has two international airports serving the region. Narita International and Tokyo Haneda both receive flights from Seoul. Narita International Airport (NRT) is Tokyo's primary airport and is located about 60 km outside of central Tokyo. You will go through customs and immigration at Narita Airport, so be sure you have your passport and travel documents ready. You can get to Tokyo from Narita Airport by Keisei express train, public bus, or taxi. You can rent a car if you have an International Driving Permit.

Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND) is 14 km south of Tokyo Station and regularly receives flights from Seoul, and you will go through customs here. There is a shuttle bus between the domestic and international terminals. You can get to Tokyo from Haneda by monorail, public bus, or taxi. The taxi stand is just outside the doors on level 1. The airport has food, beverages, and snacks.
