Inside: Bangkok Airports
When flying out of Bangkok on your way to Singapore you have the choice of two airports. The larger of the two is Suvarnabhumi Airport, which handles most of the major airlines, including Bangkok Airways, Cathay Pacific, Jetstar, Thai Airways, and Singapore Airlines. The secondary airport is Don Mueang International, which is primarily used by low-cost carriers, including Scoot, Thai AirAsia, and Thai Lion Air. If you have an onward flight at Singapore Changi then you can take advantage of the airport's numerous amenities, including a 24-hour cinema that is free for passengers, four different gardens, a tea house, free Xbox 360 stations, and a rooftop pool. When leaving the airport you can take the Mass Rapid Transit train, with the station located between Terminals 2 and 3, a taxi from the arrivals hall of any terminal, or you can rent a car from a number of rental agencies, again located in each arrivals hall.
