Getting to the Airport

Victoria International Airport is situated on the southern part of Vancouver Island and is easily accessed via Route 17 (Patricia Bay Highway) south. The drive from Victoria's city centre to the airport takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Other ground transportation options for getting to Victoria International Airport are public buses operated by BC Transit, as well as private shuttles, car rentals, local taxi services, and limousines.

Victoria Inner Harbour Airport is served by two public bus routes operated by the Victoria Regional Transit System. Route #3 runs regularly to and from Beacon's Hill Children's Farm in around 20 minutes, while Route #50 runs from Parson's Bridge in View Royal to the airport in just under 40 minutes.
