• Although both cities experience occasional tropical rainstorms and frequent humid weather, Taipei sees more scorching hot summer days, while Tokyo sees more winter snow.
• Tokyo is one hour ahead of Taipei. When it is 8:00 am in Tokyo, it is 7:00 am in Taipei.
