Flying out of Barcelona-El Prat Airport
Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN), known informally as Barcelona Airport, is situated approximately 12km from Barcelona's city centre. It is the second busiest airport in Spain. Flights from Barcelona to London are both quick and inexpensive, with airlines like British Airways and Vueling offering frequent direct flights.
The airport consists of two terminals which are approximately 4km apart. If you are in Barcelona on a layover and need to switch terminals, you can board the free shuttle service. The shuttle runs between the terminals every four to 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.
