Quaint Otaru is a port city at the Sea of Japan that is famous for its canal, fresh seafood, and main street that is lined by beautiful Russian inspired Japanese architecture. The main street is dotted by numerous seafood shops, restaurants, cafes, soft served ice cream stand, and of course glass shops. Some of Otaru's famous exports include, Venetian inspired glass works, honeyed sponge cakes, and crab.
