Great experience

Very pleasant stay. Since it was just us, we were offered the larger room than the one we had booked.
The location is strategic to move around the city.
Cleanliness flawless.
The structure maybe needs some maintenance (the broken mosquito net, the bathroom door that does not close completely), but overall the quality / price ratio is very good.
The rooms don't have television, but for us it was irrelevant.
To be highly recommended.

Excellent location

Well located, very close to the vaporetto stop. Simple room, yet large and comfortable. Clean bed linen and bathroom. Responsible for the very receptive place, gave us several tips.
Excellent cost benefit considering the prices of Venice.

Excellent service and advice on enjoying Venice

The accommodation sits on a lovely square and rooms were comfortable, quiet and cool. Manuel made our trip guiding us to the hotel after a delayed flight and gave us great advice on restaurants and current and hidden attractions

Perfect stay in Venice. Highly recommended

Absolutely nice place in a great location. The hotel is located just a few steps away from the ferry stop and all the main historical attractions: Piazza San Marco, Ponte dei sospiri, etc. The hotel and the rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, with all the necessities. In the summertime you have the possibility to have breakfast in the lovely garden located inside the palace. They even let you pick some fresh fruit from the trees they have! The receptionist is very professional, kind, willing to help in giving you information on museums, restaurants, etc. The owners of this place should be proud to have such a dedicated employee! Absolutely recommended! Will definitely stay at this place again next time in Venice.

Spacious apartment hotel in great location with a beautiful garden and smart hosts

My husband and I together with our six year old girl made a four day trip to Venezia and stayed in Plazzo Soderini for two nights.
The apartment is conveniently located 15 min walk away from San Marco and close to Ferry Stations (Zackaria and Arsenale).
Our room had two rooms, one with kitchen and small dining room and a large bedroom with a king size bed and a small bed for our child.
There were also two bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with a jacuzzi.
The daily rate was not cheap at all but it seemed to us everything in Venezia is very expensive.
The hostess is a chic madam and has wealth of knowledge about Venezia. We were introduced to great restaurants nearby so that we enjoyed high quality local food.
The breakfast did not look very interesting to us and we decided to take our breakfast outside in an organic cafe which is located 2 mins away from the apartment.
Since it is an apartment hotel, there is no daily cleaning service.
Overall, we enjoyed our two night stay in this small boutique apartment hotel and will come back to stay if we ever have a chance to return to Venezia.
