Cape Town's temperatures are the warmest from December to February, and this is when the beaches are the busiest. The best time to visit the beaches is from late January to April, and they are both less crowded and less windy. It is usually cheapest to fly to Cape Town in February. There are nine car rental companies offering services in front of the Transport Plaza and Central Terminal building. The airport has shops, restaurants and cafés as well as a chapel and prayer room.  There are also banks and foreign exchange services. The terminal has a departures level and an arrivals level. There is only one building, and restaurants are on the third level.
