Nanaimo's main airport is Nanaimo Airport (YCD), located 18 km south of city centre. It's a small, one-terminal airport, which offers modest amenities like a café, gift shop, and free wifi to visitors. YCD's most popular route is into Vancouver. Each day, there are actually 12 flights into BC's biggest city, providing an easy gateway for interested travellers. While Nanaimo Airport doesn't offer any international flights, it does host non-stop flights into Toronto and Calgary, two of Canada's major cities. Nanaimo Harbour Water Airport (ZNA)

Despite being an airport that only hosts seaplanes, Nanaimo Harbour Water Airport (ZNA) offers an impressive array of flight routes.
