Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), also known as Fort Myers Airport, is located 25 km from Fort Myers. The airport consists of one terminal split into three Concourses.
There are two airlines that fly direct from Fort Myers to Toronto: Air Canada Rouge and WestJet. Air Canada uses RSW's Concourse B and WestJet uses Concourse C. Each concourse is equipped with bars, restaurants, various shopping options and free Wi-Fi.
You can also fly this route via Delta Air Lines. However, you will have one layover in a U.S. city like Atlanta or Detroit. Delta also uses Concourse C. No matter which airline you choose, you will want to arrive at the airport at least three hours prior to flight departure, and you will need a valid passport to fly.

Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is easily Canada's largest, busiest and most well-known airport. The airport is located about 23 km from downtown Toronto and consists of two terminals. Air Canada uses the main terminal, Terminal 1, and WestJet and Delta both use Terminal 3. The terminals are connected by a free train.
Taxis are always available outside of each terminal. They are subject to flat rates to all destinations within the Greater Toronto Area, so you can find out in advance how much your ride will cost. Generally, taking a taxi to downtown Toronto will cost around $60 CAD. Depending on the time of day, the ride could take an hour or longer due to Toronto's heavy traffic. Avoiding the traffic is possible by taking the Union Pearson Express Train. A ride into downtown Toronto via train takes about 30 minutes and will cost $12. Trains arrive at the airport's Terminal 1 four times per hour. Car rental is also an option if you want more transportation freedom. Rental service counters can be found at each terminal.
