Highly recommended for you to stay in the Madrid as the place provides you with the best possible experience and good accommodation to stay. Good access to the city centre and the public transport system is great. Near to the restaurants and the convenience stores. The hospitality is amazing and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. We was amazed at how well the staff assisted us and considered our requests for better experiences. The WiFi connection was very good and the cleanliness was excellent. The air mattress is not a problem as we have had a great sleep every night and this place is very comfortable and affordable for your money. Thanks 🙏

lousy experience at Hostal Casa Sofia Madrid

It's the worst place I've ever been, it's a robbery, a scam, I've been given a shared room that looked like a jail, bunk beds with inflatable mattresses!!, no air conditioning , people coming and going at all hours until 3:30 am, I SLEPT NOTHING!

Dissatisfied

I don't recommend it. The hotel staff are unfriendly and do not provide solutions to problems. Next time I'll pick a better place. The idea of traveling is to have a pleasant time but in this case it was the opposite.
They should be more focused on customer needs.

I was in transit in Spain it was Was nice stay and cheap compared other hostel I came late at midnight and he was still open close to some shops and metro station going to the airport only 20 minutes

Friendly staff 👍 Good location. Clean and tidy hostel.
The room was very small and beds were not so comfortable. The shower in female room had only cold water. No lockers of the bathroom
