Three night stay during first visit to Galicia

A warm welcome. Comfortable bed/accommodation. Pleasant and co operative staff.
Excellent food. We will undoubtedly return on our next visit to Celanova. The central location allowed easy access to the town and although on street parking facilities were safe and adequate.

Lack of hygiene

Unbelievable they can't serve an omelette if they put their hand on it. It says a lot about the hygiene of the place. I guess nobody knows that can't be done.

Our experience

Fatal , the bathroom smelled very bad, you had to go in almost with a mask .., the toilet paper was used and in one there was an unpleasant stain, which of course we have changed .... the pillows had a smack or only make the cover clean ... the blanket looked like one of those that you are given in dungeons , it looked like a hard scourge ... we have ordered a cot for our girl and we are charged a supplement of 10 euros. And not to discount the owner or manager: very dry and cute , gave bad dew... however the service of other employees very good , the attentive waiters and helpful very delighted by their service , the food we liked quite a bit , a bit short but you can not ask more for 13 euros the menu... by the way, we wanted to stay 3 days and reduced it to 1 night

Correct hotel with friendly staff

Using the Xunta de Galicia Tourist Voucher we stayed at this hotel, located in a central area of the town.
The room was spacious, had a closed terrace, a comfortable double bed, was not noisy, was clean and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
There is a restaurant and a cafeteria with public access directly from the street.
Finally, I would like to point out that the staff was very correct and friendly, willing to provide information about places to visit and things to do in the town.

Great for a short stay.

The hotel is located in the centre of town so ideal for the old centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable but small. Great for a night or two. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had not prebooked dinner but this was not a problem. The meal was fine and reasonably priced.
