Celebrating Brenda and Muka

I have had the pleasure to meet staff like Brenda Kambara who is such a delight, very courteous, amazing customer service skills and made me feel valued as a customer.....I also would like to acknowledge Muka Salare....wow these ladies are totally the reason why iam coming back to the Hilton next time I visit Windhoek

Hilton Windhoek

Fantastic service by Brenda in the Ekipa Restaurant, food was good. All 5-stars to her and her team,she accomodated our team excellent and always did it with the greatest smile.
The location is good.
The overall atmospher is relaxing and friendly
The front desk was friendly and helpful.
The housekeeping was a big disappointment to me even though having booked a Delux King Room my room had very little amenities like only one large towl and 2 coffees and then some days it will be refilled and the other days not.
Also,I booked an executive king room with private garden,When I checked in I was notified that the room was not avaliable,had to settle for another room and that room had the same issues with housekeeping.
Spending alot of Money for a total of 5-Rooms for 4/5 ,I expect more.

Standard hotel

The Hilton Windhoek is a typical Hilton - rooms were standard. The bathroom area is open to the bedroom which i didnot like The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was not included in our rate - it was quite expensive so we went out to the mall across the street and had a great breakfast for a fraction of the cost. Staff was friendly and helpful . Location is not far from the museums but seemed far from restaurants and the larger malls / shopping areas. Overall it is a covenant place to stay but not if you are looking for more luxury.

Beautiful Country with kind people

The staff at the Hilton Windhoek have been nothing but kind and welcoming. I love that my first experience of this country was at this location.
Even the security were all so kind.
Please check out the breathtaking view at the top bar. And the top bar staff, Dackly, Veva, and Silas created an incredible ambiance.
Great music and food/drinks were amazing.
There’s a calming feeling being here.
Thank you Hilton Windhoek and the people of Namibia.

Hotel in the city centre

The hotel is located in the city centre within walking distance of the main attractions. It's a better 40-minute taxi ride from the airport. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms with a veranda where you have sunbeds and can sunbathe are particularly nice. The last floor has a beautiful lounge, bar, swimming pool and fitness. In the evening, wonderful views of the city. Breakfast is full. We especially want to note the two-storey lounge with a delicious dinner and a wide selection of drinks. The hotel is suitable for both work and launching pad for exploring Namibian nature. I recommend it.
