A beautiful Riad with super high service and kindness

It was so difficult to choose a place to stay in Marrakech - so it always feels like taking a chance. Specially when you travel to a country that is so different than your own.
So I was a bit nervous but we where so lucky
We stayed in a small cute Riad Dar Coram in the old town.
The host Ahmed arranged a privat taxi for us, so nice. Cars can not drive to the Riad so the driver followed us halfway
and Ahmed meet us there in the middle of the night and made sure we arrived safely and the best way to start a holiday.
The Raid was so cute and the room så beautiful, clean and just like the pictures. Lovely breakfast with juice, local food and good coffee and tea. We even got breakfast outside the opening hours both earlier and later. Amazing service.
Ahmed made sure we had data (SIM card) so we could be in contact with him and Google maps, to find our way around.
Ahmed told us all we had to know about staying in Marrakesh, he made us feel safe and comfortable instantly and we could not be more grateful and thankfully for how amazing our week was. Ahmed help us with anything we asked for and always with kindness and a smile.
And the star on the cake was our last day we had to leave really late in the evening( at 10 pm) and by check out at 12 o’clock Ahmed said that because the room wasn’t booked before the next day - they could just wait to clean so we could keep our room for the day - if that is not too service and kindness I don’t know what is.
I have travel a lot but never had such high service and if I could - Ahmed would get a hundred stars. Thank you so much for everything we are so grateful for everything such kindness

Run away!

Extremely disappointing stay – to escape absolutely
I am deeply unhappy with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were confronted with particularly noisy works, which had absolutely not been reported at the time of booking. From 6am, it was impossible to sleep because of the constant noise, and this continued all day.
The worst was the pool area, where a jackhammer operated continuously. It is impossible to relax, work or even enjoy the stay in these conditions. This level of noise is simply unacceptable for an establishment that is supposed to offer comfort and rest.
Despite our complaints, the hotel refused any commercial gesture or refund, which shows a total lack of consideration for its guests.
I strongly advise against this property, especially if you are looking for a minimum of calm. Very frustrating experience and clearly unworthy of the price paid.

Very nice

Riad very nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Top shuttle Service. A few steps from the heart of the medina.
The entrance is a bit hidden but the owner came in against us to accompany us to the entrance.

Easy to recommend.

Clean, faultless service, good breakfast, an oasis of calm in mad Marrakesh! It’s a Riad
not a hotel and the beds are very firm but that aside we thought it was great.

Amazing Experience in Marrakesh

On arrival to the hotel we were greeted by Ahmed who could not have been more welcoming. After helping us with our bags he served us a delicious dinner. He then sat down with us to discuss an itinerary of where we should visit and that due to the fact taxis could not manage the narrow streets we could use the hotel’s private car and driver. This was a game changer for me as I am a wheelchair user so it opened up many more places for us to see. There are a few markets within walking distance and again thanks to Ahmed for helping us to discover these little gems. Marrakesh is quite busy but after a few days you get used to it. All the staff at the Riad del Coram were great but Ahmed was like our guardian angel and helped make our trip to Marrakech truly unforgettable.
