Four wonderful nights here and it was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and freshly baked treats.
The riad carries a noticeably calmer atmosphere compared to others we visited, which complements its aesthetic beautifully. Every corner feels considered, chic, and serene.
The staff truly deserve a special mention. Every member we encountered greeted us warmly, took a genuine interest in our day, and went out of their way to accommodate us, always with a smile. They struck the perfect balance of attentive without being intrusive. They even surprised us with a birthday cake after noticing it was my special day, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were also given a complimentary upgrade and ended up in what was probably one of the best rooms in the riad!
The rooms were beautifully appointed with everything we could need. Breakfast was delicious, and having no fixed end time made things wonderfully relaxed. The complimentary daily tea time, with freshly baked treats alongside tea and coffee, was a small but delightful touch we looked forward to every day. The owner also personally came over to greet us, which felt rare and genuinely warm.
The location was a real highlight too. An easy taxi pick-up point was just five minutes away, all the main attractions were within walking distance, and it had an authentic local feel without being far from the bustle whenever we wanted it.

Very bad experience! Everything but customer friendly!
Very bad experience. We had a confirmed reservation for Oct-Nov 2026 since December 7, 2025. The hotel claims to have discovered there was a pricing error as early as January 2026 (according to Booking.com, a mistake by the hotel itself), but waited until July 31 to inform us. As a result, many alternatives were now full. Our tickets are already booked so are now forced to book a more expensive other accommodation. In short: our problem!
Both the hotel and Booking.com have seriously failed in this situation. Waiting seven months and then saddling the customer with the (financial) consequences is absolutely not acceptable. So if you want to be cheated, because your reservation can suddenly become more because of a pricing error, book something here. If you want security and a fair booking, I'd go somewhere else!

Our entire experience at Le Riad Berbère was next level. From the moment we walked through the front door we knew we had arrived somewhere special. The hospitality that we received from everyone there made us feel like family, and the decor was beautiful! The breakfast, afternoon cake, and dinner that we had were all top notch! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I had reservations about staying in a riad in the medina, but this place exceeded every expectation. The human touch here is real and it starts before you even arrive. Their airport transport was early, helped with luggage, and made finding the riad for the first time completely stress-free.
The staff cleaned our space daily, breakfast every morning was lovely, and Maria in guest services was an absolute standout. She was warm, knowledgeable, and full of helpful tips on bargaining in the souks, local entertainment, and which excursion operators to trust.
The space is beautiful, immaculately clean, and genuinely felt like a home away from home.
If you want a clean, aesthetically pleasing riad with staff that actually cares, this is it. No hesitation recommending Riad Berber.

Beautiful address in Marrakech
The Riad is a haven of peace in the heart of the Medina.
The welcome and service are excellent: warm and discreet. The quality of the food is excellent: delicious breakfasts and dinners!
The decoration is sharp and consistent with a discreet style but sought after in every detail. An address to take place under the cloak with your eyes closed.
