This is a perfectly serviceable apartment. It's clean, quiet, and very safe. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. There isn't a lot of cookware, but enough to get by. The hosts are very responsive. It was easy to get into the building. It's close to grocery stores and bicycle rental places.

A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.

We liked the location, in a nice neighborhood of Tulum Pueblo, near a decent supermarket and access to colectivos and lots of restaurants. Communication from the property manager was good. The place was a good value.
