The hotel is alright

Not as bad as everyone says, of course it's not exclusive but it's totally fine for a couple of nights. The administrators are really nice and the food they serve is good, the rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. There is a wardrobe, a small tv, a table and chairs in every room, the bathroom is clean. You have to share it with the other room but its not a huge problem. There is a supermarket like 100m away from the hotel. Only bad thing is the kitchen everyone can cook in - it's a bit dirty but it's the guests' fault they cant even clean the pan after they make breakfast for themselves i guess ;) would 100% recommend for studenta etc that are looking for something not too expensive but nice

Never again

Not for women or children, highly suitable if your a builder or in any other trade where your dirty, tired and just want to crash for the night.. booked 2 nights but only stayed 1. Better places at cheaper prices in surrounding area.

Not so bad for one night.

Far from city Centre. Angry administrator. Good place to stay one/two nights with a car. The car parking is normal, beside hostel. Yes it's like a hostel for a workers. Some of them still here. In case of incidents with tenants, til city's hospital just only 2km. Shop about 150m, restaurant 200m.

Reservation ignored/cancelled without any information. Customer service on unacceptable level.

I made a reservation using hostelworld.com. One day after reservation I called to ask details about payment and it occured that my reservation is ignored/cancelled.
Noone called me before with this issue and not proposed different rooms or dates. They didn't pick up the phone and didn't answer emails. The staff was angry with me and tried to lie that they don't have confirmation, but they got at the same moment as I got (hostelworld confirmed that they had). I needed to book much more expensive "last minute" hotel because of that. Issue was solved by Hostelworld customer service.
I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Неплохо за свои деньги

Малюсенький номер с большим окном и очень высокими потолками. Чтобы бюджетно переночевать - самое то.
Из минусов:
- уборка подразумевала под собой только вынос мусора. У нас оказался треснута емкость для мыла в душевой, никто не проверил есть ли у нас мыло за все эти дни;
- нет бутылок с водой в номере и кулера на этаже;
- при заезде было 4 пакетика ягодного чая (хотя это сложно назвать чаем), и более чай не докладывали;
- нет холодильника
- нет шкафов;
- очень хорошая слышимость, легко разобрать о чем говорят соседи;
- кровати не заправлялись;
- кружки и стаканы оказались грязными.
Из плюсов:
- чайник в номере;
- удобная кровать;
- персонал говорит на русском, как собственно практически весь город
Несмотря на все минусы, отелю твердая четверка.
