Comfortable stay

It was a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean and tidy and the washroom was also maintained well. The hospitality provided by the staff was also pleasant. Overall it was a nice stay.

AVOID THIS DHABA !! The Owner Nitesh seems he doesn't know how to run a Hotel Business!!

It's a Run Down Hotel, with poor Management. The Owner Nitesh seems he doesn't know how to run a Hotel Business. The hotel knows how to spoil someone's special day and worst quality of food and service. Their service staff and kitchen staff all seems to be non trained contractors. Avoid this hotel, there extremely better & millions of options are available nearby in Gomtinagar & in Lucknow. Don't try this hotel, save money & save time.

Disappointed with stay

will never recommend anyone. Poor service, No professional staff . Could not provide tea in the morning. Pathetic ,Shabby. Totally Disappointed ..Hopeless, did not even serve complimentary break fast which was in our package.

Horrible experience,poor service, didn't even serve Tea in the morning at 7.30am, Served Late night prepared Parathas for morning breakfast. No staff to carry luggage while leaving hotel, Absolutely veey very pathetic.. Don't recommend to anyone.. Hopeless, staff is irresponsible...

Pathetic customer experience

Please do not book this hotel at all if you are paying and want services from a hotel like them.
I booked an early check in via OYO and when I reached the hotel they said that they do not have staff and they cannot provide me room as the rooms are not clean. I have escalated this matter to OYO as well as to their manager but they also had the same answer.
How pathetic the hotel servises are if you are into a service industry and unable to procvide services to the client.
The rating is all fake and also they claim themselves to be a 3 star hotel but not even a 1star service they have. How can it be that they do not have a staff to clean and make up room.
Its my bad that I will have to stay in this hotel for a day. Advice to all not to book this hotel if you need a comfortable stay at Lucknow.
