Very interesting place to stay – it being a former prison. You are in an old cell. So it’s quite a novelty. Everything was very clean. Decent breakfast at a separate hotel. You also have to check in at the other place as well.

Not a very pleasant stay

The hotel is very well situated, but I would not recommend it. With the old cell door the atmosphere in the small room is claustrophobic. The sanatary installations need to be renovated. It was not possible to store the luggage in the hotel itself, we had to go to a restaurant nearby.

Hostel to Hotel price

Good bed, location and breakfast.
The rest was awful.
WC drained from the shower cabin was drained.
The suction sounded violently.
Smelled of mould.
No towel change.
Room very spartan.
So room so small that beds had to stand up the wall. Wood to lie deeper.
Upon departure, the owners found a surcharge of DKK 600 for having their own toilet in place of the DKK 200 specified at the time of booking.

Nice in the arrest and then you get shut out again

Good beds nice morning food. A GRUPPE OF {9 old friends meet and entertain us somewhere in Denmark every year since we broke up in Aalborg in 1973) an overdådigt evening meal 4 right food and welcome drink no one went hungry to bed in ARESTTEN.

Mere vandrerhjem end hotel

Virkeligt ringe værelse. Toilet og bad på gangen (som vi blev opmærksomme på EFTER køb). Spisning på Kolvig som skulle foregå ved fællesbord uden vores ønske. ALDRIG IGEN. Find et andet sted. Opholdet burde være solgt som vandrerhjem med fællesmiddag, så ville det være korrekt varedeklareret og vi kunne være gået langt udenom. Øv!
