Bad manners of reception

Nice clean 3 star, limited animities, unfortunately the men at reception very uncoot, no respect for old people, their behavior, an manners needs to b educated

Pros:
1. Good value for price
2. Hotel is relatively new, and room has nice features for the money
3. Staff is helpful
4. Breakfast is good, worth the price
5. Airco worked fine
6. Didn't experience noise
7. Located near supermarket
Cons:
1. Far away from Split city center, not nearby cafes and such
2. You need to walk 1km to get to a restaurant (we went to restaurant Girasole, it was a nice restaurant)
3. Construction work nearby causes slight traffic jams in surrounding area
All in all I think it is a good hotel for the value. If you don't mind driving to the city center it's a good hotel.

Great stay a little away from the hustle and bustle.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Rooms are very clean and modern. Although the Hotel is located in a more commercial area it’s a very quick and relatively cheap Uber ride to the foreshore area. Staff have been really helpful and incredibly friendly.

Everything was spotless at the hotel. Since it is a new establishment, both the rooms and furniture are in excellent condition. The lobby is also very clean. There's a cafe and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Ms. Brigita, the receptionist, was friendly and attentive, providing outstanding customer service. She went the extra mile by preparing breakfast boxes since we checked out early in the morning.
There isn't much in the surrounding area besides the supermarket Eurospin, so having a car would be beneficial; the hotel offers free parking. Alternatively, you can take an Uber to get around. There's also a bus stop just outside the hotel, making exploring the city convenient by public transportation.
