Hotels with good hardware and software

The hotel is well located, the room is big and new, stayed here for more than a month, business trip diagram is convenient, around the food and shopping is also convenient, 24 hour convenience store is opposite, Wanda mall has everything. But it was the customer-oriented service that struck me the most.
A special thanks go to Aiden, a young man from Xinjiang at the concierge desk. Because the working relationship was particularly busy, he received his sincere smile and greetings every day he left and returned to the hotel, a sincerity that could be seen as heartfelt and made the tired business trip a little easier. On a few occasions I was too busy to have breakfast, and Aiden volunteered to help choose my favourite food from the restaurant and package it for me. I was particularly surprised and moved by this thought-provoking, worry-free spirit. On several other occasions, my couriers were simply too numerous, Aiden volunteered to help pick up the pieces and deliver them to the room, carefully placed and neat, moving, but also felt that Wanda Garva Hotel has such a staff, which is both lucky and reflects the hotel's well-trained and advanced concept.
I live here every time I come to Wuhu on business and look forward to seeing each other again.

The hotel amenities are impressive. Our room is big, nice and clean. Our room has a huge toilet and bath which is my favorite part of the room. We enjoyed our breakfast too at the hotel. There were so many choices. ☺️☺️☺️
The services provided were excellent. Kudos to Mr. Frank Zheng and Fanny Fan. They made sure that our stay is comfortable.

The 5 ***** hotel, must have pool available for guests.
I visited hotel 2 times so far, both times the pool was rented to some public groups who are not hotel guests. So if you want to use pool you have to share that small pool with 20 kids.
To me it's not problem if people who are not guest are visiting pool.
But if pool is all day booked by big group of people then pool is not available for guests, and in that case they don't offer ***** service.

The price/performance ratio is super high. The location of the hotel is superior. It's 5 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. Wanda Plaza is just opposite the hotel. It's very convenient. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and have fun. The concierge guy takes the initiative to say hello. Manager Luo from the front office department is professional and enthusiastic, and provides professional golden key service. Seeing that I took the initiative to help with the children, the room has also been upgraded for free. The area is large, the room is hygienic and clean, and the dry and wet are separated. There are large floor-to-ceiling windows and bright light. Beautiful scenery, independent cloakroom praise! Recommend everyone to stay!
