Bad faith staff
And now if I call again, they'll tell me that my reservation is cancelled, but I'm still out $120 and Expedia doesn't budge.
Very unhappy with this, but also feel like I dodged a bullet because Goderich residents told me to avoid this hotel at all cost and just book the nearby Comfort Inn.

We checked in about a hour after the alotted check-in time. There was a man in our room when we walked in. He was cleaning the room (I think), though unfortunately could not speak a word of English, so couldn’t communicate what was happening.
The bathroom had black mold, the carpeted floors were disgusting, there was no sheet on my bed, just a bare duvet with no cover. There was gunk from a million years ago on the lampshades, and the bathroom light fixture was broken and missing half the lights.
The capper was a festival in the square across from the hotel which played loud music until 12:30 am. I am all for festivals and people having fun, but there is no chance I would have stayed there knowing this. The paper thin walls and windows didn’t stand a chance against the booming bass lines.
All of this, and it was about $250 for the night. It’s mind blowing to me that this place can operate this way.

2.The room we stayed in only had a window air conditioning unit which is okay except the room was so very warm and the window was wide open letting in the very warm outside air.
3.Breakfast is not served early, we could not take advantage of it because it was too late for us.
