I’ve been staying at the Quest Apartments in Shepparton for over a month.
Honestly, if you’re looking for somewhere to stay here in Shepparton, this is the place to be!
The cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the amenities and service that you get from the staff here, is phenomenal. At no time, has anything, been a bother and the noise level is amazing. You don’t hear a thing. This was important to me because having an autistic child can be quite challenging, not just for me, but for other guests comfort too, and I didn’t want to be a burden on them.
Not only are you in the centre of town but you are close to a supermarket, a gymnasium, a butcher, the local Victoria Park Lake, Aqua Moves, Shepparton art Museum and you are within walking distance to whatever food takes your fancy, whether that be takeaway, a pub, or restaurant.
Throughout my stay there was quite a bit of disruption in that the apartments were restyled. The new furniture took a little bit of getting used to.
I was quite adamant I hated it, however the furniture itself is actually beautiful.
It’s practical. It’s heavy in terms of its weight but it streamlines, the cleaners daily jobs, and boy do go above and beyond to accommodate their guests.
Although Quest has a strictly no smoking policy, they do accommodate the smoker, with a balcony and or designated smoking area.
The staff here are beyond friendly. It’s almost as if you become family to them. They are so easy to talk to, about anything that’s on your mind.
My overall experience here has been phenomenally excellent. I trust yours will be better than mine.

Our first choice when staying in Shepparton
Newly renovated - clean, modern and comfortable. Good mini bar which is well used by us especially if arriving late! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Well located, undercover car park (sometimes it's full but there's free street parking out front). Always our first choice when staying in Shepparton.

Stay for Business under water authority booking.
Twin room was fantastic, very clean, TV & WiFi good, good car parking, close to eateries and club and polite staff. Would definitely stay again

Great Stay at Quest Shepparton Apartment Hotel
Quest Shepparton Apartment Hotel is one of those places that gets so many things right.
The staff make you feel genuinely welcome - friendly, professional and eager to help. They set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The luggage trolley is a thoughtful touch and makes moving bags to the upper floors effortless. Once inside the apartment, the quality continues. The layout is practical, spacious and beautiful. The bed is exceptionally comfortable.
The kitchenette is superbly equipped and feels more like a home than a hotel room. It includes a large refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, quality cooktop, and all the utensils and cookware you could need.
The laundry facilities are another standout feature. Having a washing machine, dryer, hanging rack and even laundry powder provided is incredibly convenient, especially for longer stays.
The bathroom is modern with a lovely shower that delivers excellent water pressure and a refreshing experience.
Undercover parking is available and appreciated, although the number of spaces doesn’t quite meet demand during busy periods, meaning some guests may need to park on the street.
Overall, Quest Shepparton Apartment Hotel delivers comfort, convenience and outstanding value in a beautiful package. Whether you’re travelling for business or leisure, it’s a place that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended and very deserving of five stars.

Great experience
Enjoyed my overnight stay at Quest. Clean and comfortable room - newly renovated too. Friendly staff who contacted me in advance to ask when I'll be arriving. As I was arriving late at night, the staff looked out for my arrival and facilitated a smooth check in. Very glad I picked Quest, it's also very central. Highly recommend it.
