Amazing staff
I had a fantastic couple of weeks at Dockside! The location is unbeatable—just a two-minute walk to The Spit, with shops, bars, and restaurants right at your doorstep. The manager, Paul, was incredibly welcoming, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. I stayed in two different apartments, both of which were spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. If you're looking for a great place to stay with a friendly and efficient team, Dockside is the perfect choice. Plus, the added bonus of free parking makes it even better!

The unit was comfortable, spacious & bright. The balcony was very private with lots of greenery around. Our unit
was tastefully decorated with a newly renovated bathroom. The pool was lovely to flap around in, perfect temperature.
Located close to, but far enough away from the humdrum of the main shopping precinct. Walk to everything you need, wharf, beach, restaurants, cafes & surf club. This one is a gem, so don’t miss out.
Managers Michelle & Paul were very helpful with checkin & suggestions. And their resident cat was great to pat & get your cat fix.
Definitely will revisit next time we are visiting the Sunshine Coast. Cheers.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note our pool will be undergoing a complete renovation from approximately May 4 to June 25. The pool and BBQ will be closed during this time, sorry for any inconvenience caused. Office Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00 Saturday & Sunday and public holidays: 08:30 - 13:00 If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Dockside Apartments Mooloolaba in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. We can organise after hours check in. Please note there are credit card surcharges on all cards of 1.43% inc gst, plus 22 cents per transaction. There are other payment methods available, please contact us to enquire of these surcharges. Our preferred method of payment is by direct credit into our trust account. Please note that this property does not accept payments with Diners Club credit cards. Please note that late check out fees may apply. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card, not debit card upon check-in. We may need to take a $500 cash bond or pre-authorisation prior to check-in. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
