Terrible experience
Found insects in our bedroom during our stay that we couldn’t sleep and had to checkout early morning (7am). Went to notify the owner and they were like it is because you left the door open that’s why they got in though we didn’t. We expected an apology after all but they cared more about their payment. I mean she said why don’t you kill them and sleep (that’s not a solution to propose). Also our bed was not in a good condition and the roof top is so bothering when you try to move around (I hit my head couple times)
We had canceled our five nights stay at Sevan after this incident and paid fully for the one night we stayed there.
Our experience wasn’t pleasant at all.
