Direct Air flights & tickets

Direct Air was a regional airline located in Myrtle Beach, Florida. Beginning in 2007, it provided service from several Florida airports to destinations across the United States, including Niagara Falls and Newark. From 2007 until 2012, Direct Air expanded their routes to include more destinations across Florida and the eastern United States. Unfortunately, Direct Air went bankrupt and ceased operations in 2012.

Direct Air Alternatives

Today, several airlines offer flights comparable to those that used to be available on Direct Air. For example, Spirit Airlines flies between Myrtle Beach and destinations across the eastern United States, year-round. Additional seasonal service is provided by both Allegiant Air and Spirit Airlines, with possible destinations as far away as Dallas / Fort Worth. Canadian travelers should watch for seasonal flights between Toronto's Pearson International Airport and Myrtle Beach with Westjet.
