Checked into Room 236 to discover a bedbug. The front desk attendant, Hannah, was really nice about it, confirmed it was a bedbug, and returned my deposit. However, Hotels.com is now delaying my refund because the OYO is not returning their calls.
This spot is very affordable, and allowed my dog, but check for bedbugs first. Especially #236!!!

Room had a terrible smell. No toilet paper. Towels and bedding were dirty. Had to grab cash,card machine was broken. Ceiling was failing due to what seemed a roof leak. Would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible to stay, neve more. Room was dirty, towels also dirty and mouldy, cockroaches in the bathroom.

$100 CASH deposit mandatory. I still feel dirty. The roaches "bed bugs"get like some nightmareish horror flick. And if smellavision was a thing sewage fumes were coming from the drains. DO NOT PRE PAY FOR YOUR STAY! You will not get refunded when you want to escape. Stuff was falling from celling I think plaster (hopefully). Went to put my clothes away and there it was... a crack pipe at least it looked like one from the old say no to drugs textbook from school. I should've done more research before i prepaid.

I reserved and paid $51 for a room, but by the time that I made it there, there were no more rooms, so I had to make reservations to another hotel because I couldn’t get in there ,but instead of me getting my whole refund $10 of my money was kept because the Regency didn’t have any more empty rooms for me to stay in so they took it upon themselves to keep $10 on my $51 payment not cool at all and very unfair
