Nice hotel

Beautiful hotel just 5 minutes from Palma airport. Location was good with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Was nice snd clean room.
I thought breakfast was basic, and the cleaners knocking the door 3 times on departure day was excessive.
Overall, I would definitely return.

Had rooms on the 7th and 8th floors with beautiful views. Breakfast buffet had everything you could think of. Staff were extra friendly and helpful.

High potential, but poor attention to the customer and details.

Is it possible that in a 4-star hotel the hairdryer does not work and is not replaced even after four reports? I even showed the reception a video where the device turned off after a few seconds, but I was told it was normal. Obviously, it was not. Having booked a second room, we were forced to dry our hair four people with the only working hairdryer. In my room, it was impossible to use it even for me with short hair, while in the other room it worked without problems for four people. After yet another attempt, I got tired of being teased and I no longer went to the reception. Another thing that bothered me a lot concerns the pool: birds were making their mess on the sunbeds, and even though I saw the staff cleaning the area in the morning, there were still noticeable stains and marks. Otherwise, breakfast was excellent and the room was of comfortable size. The location was also good, close to both the sea and the bus stop, which we did not use because we were by car.

Very disappointed

The only good points were the area with many restaurants and the fact the bus station is right in front of the hotel.
Other than that, the hotel overall experience was disappointing: hairs in breakfast food, flies in the juices, uncleaned room( even when tipped the cleaning was very minimal/ just towel change). Don’t use the luggage locker because our got stuck when tried to open it and this caused us a lot of stress. Even in the reception toilet there were big bugs like roaches. It’s not my first time experiencing Mallorca hotel but this had low services overall.
