Surprisingly excellent hotel at a shockingly low price

Hard to describe the attention to detail and high quality offered by this tiny little hotel in the middle of nowhere. This is the kind of hotel you could easily drive past and overlook but to do so would be to miss amazing value for money superb service and actually surprisingly good facilities in a tiny little 3-star hotel. other reviews speak of the cleanliness of the hotel but this is not to be underestimated: is absolutely spotless. Rooms are themed around the history of the hotel and the family running it. The full board option of room plus dinner is staggeringly good value, and the food, while simple, is very good quality, local and tasty. Staff are overwhelmingly very friendly, helpful and eager to see you return. When you arrive rooms appear to be a little noisy but this soon calms down in the late evening and even the church bell seems to be on some kind of time lock that switches off overnight. Wi-Fi is very strong throughout the entire property and very good speed. the only thing I would change is to have a slightly softer mattress but this is a preference. Overall recommend highly.

Fantastic Birthday Celebration!

I had my 50th celebration here and I have to say that the food, service and attention to details was second to none. Eva and Monica made my celebration memorable. Some of the guests stayed in the hotel and the bedrooms were confortable and clean. I highly reccommend it.

Best italien kitchen ever

We stay here now the second time.
We traveling with moto bike and it is a good place for our differtent tour.
The hotel is very fimilar and the kitchen for traditional italien food, bombastic. :-)

3 generations managing the hotel and cooking alla mama.... :-) like your wish...
Best service ever, best cooking ever and service for all you need for your travel.
Very nice small streets around..... only curves........

Great stay

We spent 7 days in this hotel in the village Maresca ,close to the surrounding forest. The hosts are very friendly and the hotel is nice and original. We felt really good and we use its position to explore Tuscany.
