Amazing hosts and lovely stay!

The hosts were so kind, giving us complimentary food and wine and always being so friendly whenever we bumped into them - we even sat down and chatted with them on numerous occasions. Ivana (the host) was really fast at replying and also let us check in early. The location was perfect - so close to the town centre. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again and have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Great Location, Excellent Hosts, Great Place To Stay

We (3 couples) spent 3 days in Split with Ivana, Marko, and Tex at Villa Pezelj. Our hosts were fantastic.
Accomodation, completely met our expectations. The location is across the street from the market and two blocks from the old town. Close to everything. We will be back on our next stay in Split.

fantastic accomodation and very lovely hosts

We visited Split at the end of July. This was a beautiful, recently refurbished apartment. We were a group of 8 so our party occupied all 3 rooms so we had our privacy. The rooms were very clean, bright and comfortable. it was situated close to town so very convenient. it was not very noisey. The hosts Ivana, Damir and Marco were absolutely fantastic. We had a lovely welcome drink. They were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. We had wonderful conversations with them about Split and nearby places. They gave us information of various things to do there and great eating places. Villa Spiza was fantastic. Our hosts even provided breakfast for us on two days. They even arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport that morning.
We would definitely recommend this place. We loved it.

Excellent!

Spent 5 nights at this wonderful establishment. There are only three rooms and therefore it's super quiet (although we did occasionally hear people entering or leaving their rooms). Rooms were renovated about 12 months ago and presented as modern, fresh, clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, the room air conditioned and equipped with a mini fridge along with kettle, cups, tea & coffee and glasses. A safe is also stored in a small hanging cupboard. Rooms are a few minutes walk to the bus terminal/train station/cruise & ferry terminal as well as a few minutes walk to the boulevard and Old Town. There is a green market (selling fruit & veg, as well as many souvenir stalls) across the street and you are spoiled for choice with a plethora of well priced cafes & restaurants nearby. Our hosts Ivana and Damir and son Marco were welcoming and friendly and readily available if we needed information or help. Overall, great accommodation in a convenient location.

Muito bom

Quartos novos, bonitos e funcionais. Localização perfeita ao lado do castelo, mas fora da muvuca e a família dona do estabelecimento é muito simpática e prestativa.
Ao lado tem farmácia, mercadoe e padaria.
Grata surpresa!
