The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It's not possible to stay at this property for coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel does not have a physical reception desk; it is necessary to provide your contact information so that we can send you the access instructions. The swimming pool is seasonal (December to March) and is available from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 21:00 (except for Thursdays and Fridays as it closes 1 hour for maintenance).
Chilean citizens will be charged an additional 19% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within 90 days), and a non-Chilean credit card.
