Receptive but local almost unhealthy.

The 2 stars are only for the reception staff who were extremely welcoming with us, treated us very pleasantly and were at our disposal. However, as for the hotel there are no compliments, an extremely old and old building in which it does not seem to have had the minimum investment, the room in which we stayed possessed a lot of dirty appearance and had a strong smell of product mixed with mold. In addition, we had a kitchen that consisted of a microwave, a stove from 1920 and a refrigerator so old that with a horrible smell, rusted and that froze our things, the bathroom already had a sink that spilled a strong smell of sewage and a shower in which the water hit by the door which forced us to take a bath practically leaned by the door that also had the appearance of dirt. Certainly the hotel staff for receptivity deserved a slightly more comfortable and well-rated accommodation.

Não recomendo

O pessoal lá é bacana! Mas não tem
Como ficar em hotel sujo. No meio dos lençóis tinha cabelos. Não um fio somente, havia vários! Não sou fresco, mas não dá pra admitir isso. O ponto bom é a localização! Apenas! Não tem cafe e o estacionamento terceirizado fica a 3 quadras de distância.

Bom e barato!

O hotel é simples, limpo, confortável, o atendimento é ótimo. Fica muito bem localizado, dá para fazer tudo andando. Infelizmente, não há café da manhã, porém com R$6,50 você toma café da manhã muito bom nas padarias e lanchonetes (lancherias) perto do hotel. Possui ar condicionado, toalhas limpas, sabonetes e roupa de cama. O frigobar não há em todos os quartos. Mas vale a pena ficar neste hotel.

Atenciosos

Precisei do Hotel em uma urgência e me foi muito útil. Ponto forte é a localização, pois fica a meia quadra do calçadão de Santa Maria. Consegui um quarto bem simples, nenhum luxo, mas por um preço muito acessível. Logo, não é aconselhável para família que procuram luxo, no entanto muito apropriado para pessoas que estejam apenas de passagem pela cidade.
Justamente pela localização excelente você pode ter acesso a vários outros atrativos da cidade.

Aí minhas costas

LIXO. O estacionamento é terceirizado e por conta do cliente. As roupas de cama parecem que foram lavadas há uns 5 anos. A cama tem colchões velhos e até parece que tem umas tábuas embaixo dos mesmos de tão duro que é. O climatizador faz tanto barulho que até parece que vocês está no lado do motor de um caminhão subindo a serra. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom, mas só isto.
