Airport and Airline Options in the British Virgin Islands
Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) is the country's main international airport. The airport is located on Beef Island and is also known as Beef Island Airport. Beef Island is not one of the country's main islands but it is connected to Tortola by a 70 m bridge.
Nine airlines currently serve EIS, including Cape Air, LIAT, and Winair. Air Sunshine, InterCaribbean Airways, and Sky High Aviation Services currently offer the most flight destinations. Most flight destinations are within the Carribean, with San Juan, Puerto Rico being the most popular destination. BVI Airways will begin flying between Miami and Beef Island in late 2017.
