Shanghai has two international airports.  Most international flights fly into Shanghai Pudong International Airport, which is located 40 kilometers east of the city center.  The airport consists of two terminals connected by an interior walkway that is equipped with moving sidewalks.  During the day, regular metro service and shuttle buses connect the airport to the city center, while a dedicated night bus also provides after-hours services.  Shanghai's secondary international airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, which is situated closer to central Shanghai.  This airport is primarily for domestic flights, or international flights coming from nearby Asian countries.  More than five different buses link Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to the city center.  Both of Shanghai's two international airports have all of the essential travel services, including currency exchange offices, ATMs and car rental services
