The region known as the Lower Mainland includes the city of Vancouver along with its environs and suburbs, and that includes the residents that live on islands or land-locked communities along the coast. There are several airports in the region to cater to this unique demand for air travel.

  • Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the main airport in the Vancouver area, and your flight to Amsterdam will most likely leave from here.
