Taxis from downtown Ottawa to the airport cost approximately CA$37; Uber is another option. The Transpo bus service is a cheaper option and includes Para Transpo for people with disabilities. Once checked in, travellers can relax with a coffee, meal, or drink at the selection of coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs or head to the observation area on level 3 to watch planes taking off and landing. The Porter Airlines lounge is open to all Porter passengers and offers free Wi-Fi, snacks, and newspapers; Air Canada's Maple Leaf Lounge is available to premium members.

Terminal Information for Thunder Bay Airport

Thunder Bay Airport is a small and simple airport with two floors, four arrivals gates, and five departure gates. Most of the arrivals gates are on the main floor, and most departure gates are on the second floor. Ground transportation to and from Thunder Bay Airport is minimal with taxi services operating on demand, rental cars, and hotel shuttles. The Thunder Bay Transit bus service runs along the airport route on the #14 Arthur line with a fare of CA$2.75. For a shuttle, a hotel directory board can be found near the #1 baggage carousel in the arrivals area.
