What to Expect Upon Landing in Victoria, British Columbia

Victoria International Airport (YYJ): The city's main airport is Canada's 10th busiest airport, but still small by international standards. Your plane will disembark into its one and only terminal. For transportation to Victoria itself, it's recommended that you take the YYJ Airport Shuttle or a Yellow Cab taxi. There are also BC transit buses available, but since the airport is 22km away from downtown, this method is decidedly less convenient.

Victoria Inner Harbour Airport (YWH): For travellers, the best thing about Victoria's YWH airport is its proximity to downtown. The facility is a 30-minute walk or a 9-minute drive away. The #30 and #31 buses will also bring you there in under 20 minutes.
