Caracas, Venezuela, is a tropical locale that has a wet and a dry season rather than one governed by hot and cold temperatures. Flight availability often changes more due to annual events and festivals. For example, heading to Caracas for the Easter Carnival, in February or March depending on Easter's date, means less availability and higher prices. November is the start of the dry season, a popular time to travel, as is December, especially around the Christmas season. Being flexible with your travel dates and booking early can save you money. If you use Skyscanner's Whole Month Search option, you can compare fares for an entire month at once. Find a good fare? Book it. Chances are it won't last.
