What to Expect When Arriving at the Airport

Agadir Airport has one large terminal with separate sections for international and domestic flights. Passenger services are available in both pre and post security areas. If you'd like to visit a traditional palace, check out the 19th century Bahia Palace with its 160 rooms and eight acres of gardens. The remains of the El Badi Palace, a royal residence from the 16th century, is also worth a look. Visit the Majorelle Garden, filled with exotic plants, fountains and architecture painted a distinctive, bold blue. A museum featuring the Berber culture is on site. For a look at the local wildlife check out the Souss-Massa National Park that borders the northern end of Agadir. Love to shop?
