Thunder Bay Airport is a small and simple airport with two floors, four arrivals gates, and five departure gates. Most of the arrivals gates are on the main floor, and most departure gates are on the second floor. Ground transportation to and from Thunder Bay Airport is minimal with taxi services operating on demand, rental cars, and hotel shuttles. The Thunder Bay Transit bus service runs along the airport route on the #14 Arthur line with a fare of CA$2.75. For a shuttle, a hotel directory board can be found near the #1 baggage carousel in the arrivals area.
