We have stayed at several Hampton Inns, which have all be good, but this was the best run. Nice large rooms, big windows with a large balcony (we had a King suite). We received a text after settling in our room to make sure everything was okay, and again the next day asking if we needed anything. These were not robo-dials. When, as an fyi, I mentioned an exterior light that was coming loose from its housing on our balcony, a repair person was up in 5 minutes.

The room was wonderful - large with great views! Very clean and comfortable! We had a last minute need while we were staying here and the lady at the front desk - Lahari - was amazing!

What a terrible experience. Dirty sticky fridge. Windy day, so no issues with the weather, thats not controlable. However beware. The wind whipped thru the hallways (like WTH) al night long. We paid extra for a balcony and what a horrible decision. The patio door has a gap so freezing wind blew thru all night. The blinds blew and the door was shaking so much it sounded like someone was trying to get in (ground floor). The wind was also whistling thru the room vents we were all so fed up by the noise it was hard to sleep. There is not sufficient space in the breakfast area either for a full hotel. With nowhere to sit in your room either it wasn’t speaking. To be fair there were people who had finished eating hogging tables and browsing on their phones. This design has just been poorly thought out. Previous hotel I was in the day before a little smaller but had so much breakfast- relaxing spaces plus outdoor spaces, it was easy to enjoy breakfast. The room smells musky too. I would not stay here again if you paid me. I feel completely jipped by the 9* fake rating on HotelsCOM because this hotel is worth maybe a 1-2 at best. Theres lots of other choices in Page folks. Skip this one.
