In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access. The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready. Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30. Address: Paseo Reding 3, 29016, Malaga. Emergency line available 24/7 via phone. No WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance. A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights.
